Our house is newly renovated with fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, a salt water gunite pool, air conditioning, high speed wifi, washing machine and dryer. We are 5.4 miles from the Shinnecock Hills Golf Course. McArthur Airport in Islip is 1 hr away and Kennedy and LaGuardia are approximately 2.5 hours away. The house is also 3 mile form the beautiful Ponguogue Beach and 15 min from both the towns of Southampton and Westhampton. Fabulous Restaurants and store are close by.
