This spacious home is nestled among Long Leaf Pine and Oak trees in beautiful Southern Pines, North Carolina. It features a large main floor Owner’s Suite and second upstairs primary suite plus two additional bedrooms with adjacent full bathroom. The inviting living area has a large sectional sofa and gas fireplace perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It opens up to a fully equipped, eat-in chef’s kitchen or you enjoy meals at the oversized farm dining table or the outdoor dining area overlooking over an acre of serene woods.
Warm summer evenings are best spent on the covered back deck or conversing around the fire pit. Gas grill, Ooni pizza oven, and Traeger available for guest use. Guests can enjoy access to a private fenced yard, greenhouse lounge complete with woodburning stove, outdoor lawn games, board games and puzzles. Paddle boards (2), tandem kayak, life jackets, and universal kayak car carrier are provided for use on the Highland Trails neighborhood lake (Lake McPhaul; 15 minute walk or 3 min drive) or any surrounding lake (such as Reservoir Park or Aberdeen Lake Park). High-speed wifi. On-site parking available for 6+ vehicles, to include oversized vehicles. Peloton Bike+ available for use with guest subscription.
