The accommodation comprises entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, and two downstairs living rooms. One room with flat screen TV, and DVD player whilst Wi-Fi broadband is also available. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with one king size bed, one double bed. There is also a small single room with one single bed. Wardrobes and drawer cupboards in the double rooms, small hanger for the single. There is also a bathroom with bath and shower hose, WC and basin. Outside there is a well appointed garden to the rear with patio. Free street parking outside the property.
The rental, based on 5 people, is priced at £4950 for one week but may be extended further, up to two weeks – if this is required, 10 days for the price of £6,500 or £7,950 for two weeks. A non-refundable deposit of £1000 is required upon booking. The balance of the rental payment and a £1000 refundable bond is to be paid by the end of May 2010.
