Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, three bedrooms have balconies. There is a heated pool on the oceanfront deck and a gas grill with house hook-up provided (no need for fuel tanks). The spacious kitchen is equipped with a Subzero fridge and DCS gas/electric chef's range including grill, griddle and exhaust hood. The oversized living room with extra high ceilings offers amazing water views of both the ocean and bay. You will enjoy down time on 150' private piece of oceanfront beach paradise.
