House is in Hampton Bays less than 10 minutes (7miles) depending on traffic from Shinnecock Golf Course. 2 bedrooms (king and double beds with room for a blowup mattress) and 2 full bathrooms. Wonderful fenced in backyard with a pool /hot tub and a spacious deck with BBQ grill.
Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in kitchen/LR/DR.
Cenral air conditioning, private driveway and horseshoe pit.
Basement not included (separate entrance) which is occupied by the owner.
