Everything you would need is right there, Starbucks, Panera, Macy's, food, great reasonable restaurants. The beach is pristine, and the house is worth it just to experience it. Fabulous flow for entertaining. Three sisters lived in this now renovated 100-year-old house, you still have a feel of history as the creative builder used things like pocket doors that he put on a metal trellis he found inside the drywall.
