US Open 2026 Accommodation
This one level contemporary, with 4 bedrooms sleeping a total of 8 people, and 2 full baths plus a private outdoor hot/cold shower, is located just 10 minutes from the villages of East Hampton and Amagansett. US Open Accommodation is a 40 minute more or less/21 mile drive to Shinnecock. It is 12 minutes from the East Hampton train station and Jitney bus stops and 20 minutes from the East Hampton Airport. The house is also conveniently located about a 12 minute drive to Atlantic Beach on the Amagansett ocean.
Sorry but this is a strictly NO PETS house.
The price is for a minimum 7 night stay with a check-in on Sunday June 14 and a check out on Sunday June 21. The property is also available from Monday June 1st; inquire about pricing.
It is situated on a private, beautifully landscaped and wooded lot bordered by a nature preserve in the Springs hamlet of East Hampton. For the past 25 summers, guests have raved about this home. You will find that it is immaculate and tastefully furnished, and has a spacious, bright living room with TV w/Roku, surround sound system and seating for 7+ people, and a sunny fully equipped kitchen with skylight with seating for 8 to 10 people.
The living room is flanked on one side by the primary bedroom suite with king-size bed, ensuite marble bath, TV with Roku, and access to the deck, affording you the privacy you desire, and on the other side of the living room there is a hallway to a shared bath and three additional bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other two with 2 twin beds each, sleeping a total of 8 people.
Bedding and towels are provided, along with shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, and soaps. There is no need to purchase household essentials such as trash bags, dishwasher and dish washing detergents, coffee filters, cleaning supplies.
In addition to central air conditioning throughout the house, the living room and each bedroom has a ceiling fan to help cool the rooms. A washing machine and dryer is conveniently located on the main level.
The house has a large upper deck, accessed by four sliding glass doors, with patio dining furniture for 8 and Weber gas grill, and a lower deck with in-ground HEATED swimming pool surrounded by beautiful, flowering landscaping and an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. There are 6 chaises, an umbrella, and pool rafts. RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COST OF GAS USED TO HEAT POOL at their discretion.
There is also a garage with direct access to the basement making it convenient for you to enter the house, bring in your bikes and access the basement refrigerator from the pool area. Beach chairs and umbrellas, a highchair and 4 bikes are also available. There is plenty of parking for cars in upper and lower driveways and garage.
So you don't have to drive into town, the house is just minutes away from several restaurants, some of which are on Three Mile Harbor where you can see beautiful sunsets while you are dining. Also nearby are a few small convenience stores for coffee, breakfast, sandwiches and staples.
Your rental includes all expenses (end-of-lease cleaning, weekly pool cleaning and garbage pickup, cable/highspeed internet, landline telephone, grounds maintenance and electric usage), except for any gas used to heat the pool at the renter's discretion and any applicable sales tax on the rental price. A refundable damage deposit of 10% of the rental amount is also required.
