US Open Home Rentals Important Notes:
- Primary renter must be 25+
- Pool heat: $45/day
- Hot tub: $95 per cleaning
- Stays over 21 nights: utilities billed to guest
- Stays over 29 nights: refundable security deposit required
Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund
Guest Insurance / Rental Agreement:
Signing a Guest Rental Agreement and insurance is required for all bookings to cover incidental property damage.
