Welcome to a fantastic Southampton location to attend the US Open, Only 1/2 mile to Shinnecock Hills GC (you can almost literally walk there, drive under 5 minutes!). Beautiful completely renovated 3000 square ft 4 bedroom/4 full bath 2 story mid-century styled US Open Accommodation (2 ensuite bedrooms)on 1.4 acres with a private backyard that backs up against property owned by Shinnecock Hills Golf Club. Open living room/dining room concept, granite gas fireplace, with very large well equipped kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops & everything you need for entertaining, plus a large center island that comfortably seats 6. New flat screen TV's in every room, 2 separate living spaces and a separate dedicated office space with a window seat perfect for working(if you must) or the perfect beach read. Bedrooms feature luxury linens, and bathrooms come fully equipped with high-end amenities including hair dryers. High speed internet, indoor/outdoor bluetooth speakers featured throughout the home. Large in-ground pool with full pool bath and wrap around deck offers plenty of lounge chairs & seating, plus a Weber gas bbq.
US Open Accommodation a short 1 mile walk on our dead end street to a private bay beach which overlooks National Golf Club and has the most beautiful sunsets. Bicycle available for your use to bike to the beach and surrounding area. 7 minute drive to the town of Southampton with terrific shopping/restaurants and ocean beaches.
During your stay should you'd like we can connect you with a wonderful private chef to cook and/or delivery meals to your home. Fully equipped great gym is available for drop in (classes and/or training) less than a 5 min drive away (some weights/mats available at the house for use). Plenty of hiking trails, kayaking, fishing and water sports close by.
Our home comfortably sleeps 8-10 people with 1 king in master bedroom, 3 additional queen beds, plus an extra queen size brand new pull out sofa for 2. Crib available upon request.
