Central station alarm system with Smoke/CO/H20 detectors. Legal Southampton Permit for minimum 14 consecutive nights. Available from June 13-26, 2026.
Great Room has an open floor plan with high-vaulted ceilings and skylights that creates a bright, natural lightening interior. Gas fireplace.
Dining Room has seating for 8-10.
Chef’s Kitchen with quality stainless steel appliances. Island seating. Granite counter tops, with additional Prep/Bar sink. Fully stocked with kitchenware and cooking utensils.
Master Bedroom faces pool and backyard. King size adjustable bed. Power recliner. His/ Her walk-in closets. Master bathroom with jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and his/her sinks.
Master Bedroom #2 also has King size bed, and full private bathroom.
Downstairs Bedroom #3 has 2 Full beds, and also has a private bathroom.
Bedroom #4 is upstairs with a Queen-size bed.
Bedroom #5 also located upstairs with twin beds that can be converted to King size bed.
Upstairs Bathroom has a double sink with tub and shower.
Entertainment Room has a panoramic view of the pool and backyard. Wet bar facing large
LCD TV.
Basement has Washer/Driver. There is also a regulation ping-pong table and dart board.
Backyard has large adjoining deck with a picnic table that has seating for 10 along with a Barbeque, and Blackstone Griddle. Heated pool with expansive surrounding pavers and two additional Gazebos that provide additional seating for 10 people. Adequate chaise lounges are provided.
US Open Accommodation Additional Information:
1) Utilities: electric, gas, landscaping, water, pool cleaning, alarm and garbage service are provided.
2) Mid-rental house cleaning is requested to be performed.
3) Full-time Property Manager/Handyman is available.
4) Owners are readily available if any questions or issues arise.
5) Travel Time and Distance to important locations:
A) U.S. Open Event at Shinnecock Golf Course
Car: 13 miles distance taking 22 minutes in normal traffic time. Parking may be
Limited at the event. The Hampton Jitney, or Long Island Railroad maybe a better
alternative to avoid difficulty parking.
Hampton Jitney: Numerous pickup locations are available in East Quogue,
Hampton Bays, Westhampton, and Gabreski Airport with parking availability.
L.I.R.R.: 5 minute ride to Hampton Bays station with one stop to Shinnecock
Golf Course. Short walk to event.
Other Attractions: Close proximity to local beaches, bays, North Fork Wine
Country.
6) House instructions, dining guide, and information for popular visitor attractions will be provided.
7) This home is also available for rental from May thru the fall, 2026.

9) 10% security deposit required at the time of rental payment fee.
