US Open 2025 Accommodation
RIVERFRONT HOUSE with dock access and a view of the course from across the river. River front access allows for the ability to drive some golf balls in the water right from the yard with no obstructions or off of the turf dock. US Open Accommodations a 5-10 minute drive to the course just across the bridge. On a beautiful private road with very friendly neighbors. The private road allows for nice calm walks with no traffic to worry about. Access to the river is only down a set of steps that leads to our huge turf covered personal dock with kayaks included. We are pet friendly and have a huge yard for them to run around by the river and able to swim. We have two porches one with a large propane grill and table set for outside living. Also have a fire pit in the yard with chairs and a table.
1,800 sq ft open concept one level house with 3 bedrooms and a laundry room on the same level for convenience. Huge master bedroom with walk in closet and master bath that includes 2 sinks a stand alone shower and a luxury soaking tub. Sleeps 8 comfortably with the ability to sleep more with pull out beds. 5 tvs with one in every room and A/C to keep cool. Full large kitchen with all amenities and window view of the river. Living area right off the kitchen has a large sectional couch with leg rests and a window view of the river as well. Upper living area has a luxury futon that can be used as a bed which also has a tv. Regulation sized pool table is in the basement that is available if interested.
Walking distance to many fast food places such as McDonald’s Wendy’s, KFC and more as well as restaurants like Dennys, Primanti Brothers, and your morning coffee Starbucks & Dunkin is all a few minute walk away. Our personal favorite coffee shop I recommend is just a 3 minute drive away called Latte Lane they use freshly brewed La Prima Espresso. There is a target & an getgo express if you need groceries or any necessities while you are here within walking distance . Also a short drive to oakmont which has unique restaurants like The Lot, Hoffstots, and a few pubs. The Pittsburgh mills mall is only a 7 minute drive which has many other restaurants to enjoy as well as grocery stores like Walmart, Sam’s Club & Aldi.
