• Booking Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This will be applied toward your total balance.
• Security Deposit: An additional 10% safety deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit is refundable after checkout, less the cost of any damages, following a full property inspection on your departure day.
• Payment Deadline: Full balance must be paid by May 31, 2025.
