US Open Accommodation - The Water Oak House is a charming 100 year old farm house located in the small town of Robbins (18 miles from Pinehurst #2). Situated on .50 acre, this home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and can sleep six. First floor main bedroom has a queen bed and full bath, second floor bedrooms have a full and two twin beds and a shared hallway bathroom.
Two beautiful fireplaces and original hardwood floors add to the beauty of this home.
This home offers a living room, dining room (seats 8) and family room with a 55” smart tv. Direct TV and internet access are included. Laundry room with washer and dryer is located on the main floor.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances for at home cooking. All essential items (fully stocked coffee bar, toaster. blender, crockpot, microwave, and griddle) are included. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. A full grocery store pre-stock is available for cost of goods. An outdoor grill is located in the courtyard.
The private backyard is surrounded by mature magnolia, crepe myrtle and holly trees. A fire pit is included for roasting marshmallows and relaxing in the evening. A covered veranda is perfect for sipping a cold beverage and unwinding after a long day. An outdoor dining area is available for your convenience.
