A charming and well maintained English Tudor awaits your arrival! US Open Accommodation is located in a quaint neighborhood, short walking distance to shops/restaurants, the commuter rail, and a direct, 15-minute drive to TCC. Perfect for 6-8 depending on the sleeping arrangements. 4 bedrooms plus a bonus guest room with a queen-size bed. Master has a king-size bed with a private full bath. 3 other bedrooms have full-size beds with a shared full bath. First floor has a wonderful eat-in kitchen. living room, dining room, and study. Private backyard with a brick patio area, fire pit, gas grill, and comfortable outdoor furniture. 60 inch TVs in the living room, master, and basement. Daily house cleaning is included in the price. New, high-end linens and towels will be provided along with spa-quality toiletries. Nespresso coffee machine with a variety of pods will be available along with orange juice, cold brew coffee, homemade scones and muffins. All personal items of owners will be removed from closets and the mudroom. A private chef is available to cater meals. Refrigerator and beverage fridge can be stocked with your favorites before you arrive for an additional charge. Minimum 3 nights at $4500 per night. 6 nights/7 days at $25000. Longer stay available.
