Layout is ideal for a larger family or couples, with a primary suite, bath and then three bedrooms and an additional bath together on the second floor. Fully outfitted gym with Peloton bike, Precor elliptical and pilates reformer. Next to gym is an additional primary suite with bath. There is a large open finished attic space that can be used for additional sleeping.

Open concept kitchen features a Viking range and Subzero refrigerator or enjoy the outdoors with both a front covered porch with seating for eight or back bluestone patio with barbecue and seating for ten.

Home is immaculately clean and will be professionally prepared for guests including the removal of personal items around the home and in closets. Fridge will be stocked with assorted waters, cold brew coffee and essentials and the pantry with snacks. Bedding and towels will be designer and new, toiletries by Kiehl and rental rate includes daily housekeeping. Central AC and wifi, as well as Sonos system.

$5,000/night with a one week minimum. Longer stay optional.
