Living area
Cois Trà boasts two impressive lounge areas. Both are light and spacious with crisp, clean white décor mixed with feature colours that combine to create a relaxed and calming ambience. A large royal blue L shaped sofa features in one lounge giving enough room for all, included is a comfortable armchair and a white, modern coffee table. A stylish log burner is in the room as a centerpiece, Located above the fireplace a large flat screen TV has been mounted on the wall. Several tall, green houseplants add to the rooms calming aura. The second lounge area is part of the open plan kitchen and contains a stylish, grey L shape corner sofa and matching footstool. An ornamental log burner in this room pulls it together with a tiled floor, exposed brick feature wall and wall mounted flatscreen TV this is another room where guests can cosy up with a hot drink and enjoy a good book or their favourite movie.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with natural wood units and comes with a large country cottage style cooker, with oven, grill and both gas and induction hobs. There is a toaster, kettle and high quality Sage coffee machine and the kitchen island that seats three gives ample space for any passionate chef to prepare a culinary masterpiece. The spacious dining room is separate to the kitchen and surrounded on three sides by windows allowing diners to take in the fabulous views of the luscious garden as they enjoy their food. The high quality wooden dining table seats eight and French doors open out onto a patio should guests wish to indulge in a little al fresco dining.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms. One king sized, located on the ground floor is a monochromatic masterpiece possessing a black four post bed frame, black clothes rail, cushions and black bedside tables all set against the brilliant white walls and bed linen and boasts an ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle,sink and toilet. There are three other bedrooms on the first floors, The Master room with a King sized bed, this bedroom also enjoys a cute window bench seat which looks out on the surrounding countryside along with a walk in wardrobe with ample storage. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle, double sink and toilet. One double, with an ensuite and a twin room with a cute window seat to take in all the views. All rooms are light and airy benefitting from neutral white and beige tones.
Bathrooms
3 of the 4 bedrooms can enjoy private en-suite bathrooms, there is also a main bathroom upstairs. Plus there is also a separate downstairs toilet on the ground floor just in the utility area.
Outside space
Cois Trà is surrounded by a tightly trimmed lawn and well maintained garden that allows guests to bask in the beauty of nature whilst soaking up that fresh country air that County Kerry has become famous for.
