This house would be a great base to enjoy & relax in after a day at the Ryder Cup.
The house has 3 king size bedrooms & 1 spacious super king bedroom. All bedrooms are ensuite.
It has a large open plan kitchen/ dining/ living space, a large sunroom, a third elegant reception room, 2 guest bathrooms & a fully equipped utility room with washer/ dryer & clothes drying rack. Also if needed the office can take a double sofa bed.
The house sleeps 8-10 people.
If needed the property has a separate 2 bedroom apartment that can sleep 6/7 people comfortably.

Guests can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside & yet be only 3 minutes away from Kinsale town.

The house is on an acre site, with a large garden & patio area with garden furniture, trampoline & kids play area.

Parking area can take 10 cars plus.

Helicopter landing facilities are available close by if needed.
