This stunning country house is located only two minutes away from the beautiful quiet, quaint Barefield village which has a restaurant, a café, a shop, two bars (one sports bar) and features beautiful scenic walks for evening strolls.

Ryder Cup Accommodation located only 5 minutes by car to Lidl a large supermarket that can cater for all your culinary needs. Its also located 5 minutes away from the Auburn Lodge hotel which serves carvery dinners and includes a warm cosy bar and leisure centre which includes a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and gym. This home is located 10 minutes by car from the much busier and bustling town of Ennis. Ennis is home to many more bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cafes, tourist attractions, concert halls, libraries, historic sights and scenic walks. It is a town with soo much charm and many amenities for your leisure.

This beautiful country home is also on the doorstep of some of the world's most beautiful natural attractions, the stunning Cliffs of Moher, the Doolin Cave which is the largest Stalactite in the world, Ailwee Cave, all which offer guided tours so you can fully explore their dazzling beauty. In Clare we also have many stunning beaches all of which are wonderful places to swim or perhaps just enjoy a dip after a long day at the Golf. This country home is only 4 minutes by car from Ballyallia lake a natural lake where you can swim or dip and also canoe and paddle board if the mood takes you. As if Ballyallia didn't offer enough there is also a sauna located beside the lake so you can mix a cold plunge in the lake with a fiery sauna experience.
Now for the house... this is a beautiful, quiet, qauint country home with a wonderful house in the woods ambience, fantastic privacy, a quiet neighborhood and surrounds and plenty of living and leisure space. It has three bedrooms ( one of which is ensuite including a large easy to use shower) and three toilets one of which is a bath room and contains a large easy to use shower. One of the bedrooms has a large walk in wardrobe and both of the other bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for a large selection of clothes and Golf gear. The upstairs also has a large office with a large desk, chair,wardrobe for storage, a whiteboard and a couch for anyone that may need to make calls or attend to some work.There is also a third floor for extra storage. All rooms are spacious, airy and contain large windows allowing for natural sunlight and extra ventilation on those warm balmy September Irish nights.

Downstairs their is a large sitting room with a widesreen tv which contains cable channels including sport showing whatever golf you may feel you missed.The living room also contains a large comfortable wide couch and a comfortable wide arm chair.The kitchen contains a large dining table plenty big for a large group, a gas cooker and hobs, a large fridge and a air fryer for easy cooking. The kitchen also has plenty of storage for any food you buy or bring with plenty of space in every press. Their is also plenty of cutlery and more then enough pots, pans and utensils for whipping up a storm in the kitchen.There is also a large Belfast style sink which provides hot and cold water which is perfectly clean for drinking. There will also be a kettle and microwave provided for you in the kitchen. I haven't forgotten the potential of guests bringing their own golf clubs and I have a large garage and utility room where clubs can be stored. There is also plenty more storage space in the utility room and it also includes a washing machine for your laundry and a clothes dryer to dry wet clothes both of which are easy to use. In the utility room their is also large clothes drying racks and just outside the back door there is a outdoor clothes line if the weather is warm and the sun is shining.
There is a very large back and front garden where you could sit out and soak up the sun if the Weather is sunny and the front garden has plenty of car park space and could easily fit four cars. There are room keys and plenty of house keys so each person that takes a room will have their own bedroom key and house key.

Overall this is a stunning country home in a beautiful quiet, quaint neighborhood with every facility and amenity you would need or want close by. It is also important to note that Shannon airport is only thirty minutes away by bus or car the West Of Ireland's largest airport and also Limerick and the beautiful Galway city are both under an hour away by car if a visit tickles your fancy for some fun, shopping or bar hopping.
