New build, four bedroom georgian home in Ballylooby in Tipperary. A solar powered home with a green rating. Approx 85km, 1 hour 10 minutes from Adare manor. Chauffeur will be available for the week. The house consists of an open plan kitchen, dining living area with a smart TV, and picturesque views of the Galtee Mountains. The kitchen has a boiling water tap and a filtered water tap, double ovens, down draft hob, microwave, ninja airfryer, ninja blender, dishwasher and Breville coffee machine with numerous different coffee beans and syrups.
The utility has a washing machine and dryer and an iron board and iron. There is a downstairs wetroom also.
The second living room is being renovated at present, but has a media wall and electric fire for a cosy feel and is perfect for an evening chill.

Upstairs has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed and views of the Knockmealdown mountains, an en-suite with a waterfall shower and jets, and a closet.
There are 3 bedroom with double beds and the option of a crib if required.
There is a main bathroom with a waterfall shower and a bath.

Outside has safe parking on site. a seating area which is underway and will be finished this year.
Clogheen town is a 2 minute drive from the property, with a grocery shop, multiple pubs a restaurant, a chipper (fast food), a pharmacy, a hairdressers (salon) a petting zoo (Parsons Green) and multiple walking and hiking trails. The Vee is a 5 minute drive from our home and is a must see, the views are breath taking and people come from all over to see.

Cahir Town is a 7 minute drive from the property. Cahir is home to the fabulous Cahir Park Golf course which is a must do activity on this trip.
There are multiple pubs, an aldi and a supervalu, a gym, playgrounds and much more.
