Our 4-bedroom house offers rural tranquility with easy access to everything you might want. Finished to a modern standard the property provides a spacious, well-maintained Ryder Cup Accommodation located in the picturesque and quaint little village of Moyvane, only 40min from the Event and just over an hour from Shannon Airport. The property includes four separate double bedrooms (one bedroom has a double and a single), 3 bathrooms one of which is ensuite, living area, large kitchen with dining room, spacious garden and private parking. The layout allows for multiple guests to stay comfortably, with sufficient room for both shared and individual use. Beds provided for 9 people; with potential for one more (10 in total) if necessary.
Ballybunnion Golf Club is a 20 minute drive right on the Atlantic Coast; Dromoland Castle Golf Club and Castletroy Golf Club just over an hour away from our property. These courses provide additional options for golf visitors staying in the area.
Moyvane offers a range of essential amenities including a small supermarket, a chipper and 3 pubs. Listowel town centre is a 7minute drive from the property, making everyday services easily accessible during the stay.
Our utility room has a washer and dryer at your full disposal (including washing tablets). Both are easy to use but we will leave instructions for both.
