Our house stands on 5.5 acres of private Gardens and an outdoor swimming pool within our walled Garden. Ryder Cup Accommodation consists of 5 Ensuite Bedrooms with the Master Bedroom having own hallway, walk in Wardrobe and large Ensuite Bath and shower. We have two Reception rooms consisting of A library, Drawing Room with a large open fire. Also a formal Dining Room and Country Kitchen with a conservatory joining on from kitchen. We have a large Utility Room which has extra Cooking Facilities.
We have our own honey and fresh eggs available daily. We live on private grounds with our own land adjoining our property. Lots of parking and Helicopter space if needed. We are 2 minutes drive to the motorway and 5 minutes from the historical town of Roscrea with traditional Irish music and coffee shops and Roscrea Castle and also Monaincha Abbey to name a few.Our property is surrounded by mature shrubs and trees which adds to the privacy.
We are in driving distance to many tourist attractions.
Kildare Village known for its great retail shopping experience and is 43 mins away.
Cashel Palace and its fine wine and dining is 51 minutes.
Shannon Airport is 1hr and Dublin Airport is 1.5hrs.
Mount Juliet Estate for Golfing is 1.5hrs
K Club for Golfing is 1 hr and 5 min.
Dromoland Castle is 1hr and 5min.
Tullamore D.E.W. Whiskey Distillery is 50mins.
Shane Lowrys pub/restaurant is 55mins

We also have our local Golf club 10mins.
Fiacri House restaurant in the heart of our countryside and very private is 10 mins away. We have a lot of lovely walks, coffee shops and historical places locally to enjoy. Our home is for confort and privacy being number one. Our home is wheelchair accessible with a wet room downstairs and also bed if needed and also extra wide doors.We have Lawn Tennis and also Guinness and Beer Taps available on site. Our home was built to be shared and to have privacy but also close to neighbouring towns and Cities by the motorway. We look forward to offering our home to you.
