Large century-old Irish home 10 miles from Ryder Cup. Large family home sits on six acres of land in countryside 3 miles from Junior Ryder Cup course in Ballyneety. Limerick golf club and Rathbane golf club less than 6 miles away.

Indoors: House includes 5 bedrooms (one en suite), large sitting room, large modern kitchen, separate dining room, large bathroom and separate washroom. Additional “back kitchen” outside house. Washing machine and dryer on property with multiple indoor and outdoor clothes drying facilities. Television, WIFI, PS5 all included. Office area available for use on request.

Outdoors: “Help yourself” daily to fresh fruit and vegetables from our gardens. Garden includes arboretum, orchard, fruit trees, and vegetable garden with large patio and BBQ area beside full sized greenhouse. A small native Irish wood covers one acre.
