Modern 2023 built apartment but designed in keeping with old style Coach House that sits 20metres away. Again has coastal sea views and deck with BBQ facilities. 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom. Tastefully design interior with open kitchen living room. Heat pump heated with underfloor heating. It's own parking, fencing and separate driveway to the main Coach house for privacy but in close proximity for large group sharing both houses
Next door neighbor runs a taxi service and can be booked for all transport needs, airport or Ryder cup transfers. 120mins from Shannon Airport, 40mins from Cork Airport.
