House offers 1 super king bed, 1 king bed and 3 queen beds comfortable sleeps 10 people. 2 sofa beds and 2 camp beds available for any additional guests.

Facilities include 24hr CCTV, private and gated entrance. Underfloor heating, large open plan kitchen with 5 gas burner and double door fridge/freezer, large dining room with 180 degree view of the McGillicuddy reeks. 2 full bathrooms - 1 en- suite with walking-în shower and 1 master bathroom with extra large walk-in shower , double sink and bath.

Comfortable large living room with L shape couch and large smart TV. Upstairs lounge consist of a large footprint and an extra larger TV suitable for evening get-together.

Sauna and 2 jacuzzi/hot tubs(2&6 pax) available in the back of the house with outdoor furniture to relax and unwind.

Extra connected land available behind the house to host helicopter landing if necessary.

Transport can be organised and owner housekeeping and presence can be extended during the stay.
