Ground floor consists of large kitchen, spacious living room with access to the yard, a cloakroom and a half bathroom.

The first floor has a spacious double bedroom, an office with a sofa bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a private roof terrace on this floor that over looks the yard.

The top floor has a king sized bedroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom with free standing bath tub and a laundry room.

Strong wifi throughout the house. Kitchen is fully equipped and dining table extends to seat 10 people. The living room has 2 four seater sofas, smart tv with all channels and apps, and a variety of board games.

The house comfortably sleeps 7 to 8 people, with plenty of living space. It is perfectly located with in a stones throw of the City Centre restaurants and bars. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the train station if you wish to get the train to the Ryder Cup.

Shannon airport and more importantly Adare Manor are both a 20 minute drive away. More photos are available on request.
