30 minute drive to Adare Manor. 35 minutes from Shannon Airport. Large Ryder Cup home rental accommodating 8 people.
Semi rural detached house located next to Clonlara. 4 Double bedrooms. 3 Double beds. Two single beds. Comfortable and very large sofa/bed can also accommodate another guest. House is located on an acre and a half of biodiverse greenery. Including apple trees, lavender, and wild fruit.
Ample on site parking For 5 cars. Large veranda would cover 2 cars.
3 bathrooms. One with electric shower and one with gyser- powered by solar with constant hot water supply.
Ryder Cup home rental includes a large locked garage for eg. motorbikes, etc.
Oil central heating.
Very good Wifi connection.
Outside security cameras in place only. No cameras internally for privacy proposes.

3 minute walk to 2 local pubs, local shop/cafe and beautiful scenic canal walkways. There are 3 local walking loops near the house and a 5 minute walk to a regular bus service into the city center. 1 active Church and 1 very old disused Church with pretty walkable grounds.
Within an 8 minute drive is a Lidl, Tesco and cafes/restaurants. 12 minutes from University of Limerick which has many sports facilities and active clubs.
20 minutes from Killaloe which has many water activities and is a beautiful small town with plenty of ancient history to explore.

Due to a family history of severe asthma we would ask that there is no smoking inside the house. This unfortunately is non negotiable.
We will be staying within 5 minutes of the house, so if needed, I would be happy to do light housekeeping/ food shop / light a fire etc. or you may prefer to have the house completely to yourselves. We are flexible and happy to accommodate.
We would aim to receive €75000 for this property as it is capable of accommodating up to 8 people. However, this is negotiable if less people require the property. Please feel free to contact to further discuss this.
