4-bedroom house located in the lakeside village of Garrykennedy, 30 minutes from Limerick and 40 minutes from Shannon Airport. One hour from Adare. Nenagh golf course 10 miles and a central location to West Clare and west Kerry golf courses.

All bedrooms are large and can accommodate two queen beds, allowing for 8 to 10 people. Two bedrooms have a private shower and bathroom. House has 4 toilets in total. Large kitchen with conservatory / sunroom overlooking the lake. Very large sitting room with windows overlooking the water. 0.3km (0.2 miles) from Garrykennedy with famous local pubs Larkin's & Ryan’s. Larkin's also has a high-end restaurant. Equipped with high-speed internet. Fully furnished. Large onsite parking area. Patio furniture with firepit overlooking the lake for a relaxing evening.

For those not playing / attending golf, Garrykennedy is strategically located in the SW of Ireland and within 1 to 1.5 hours of many great tourist destinations in Clare, Kerry, Cork, Limerick, Kilkenny, Waterford, Galway and Tipperary.

The rental period is up to 9 nights, from the Saturday before the Ryder Cup through the Monday after. Check in time is 3PM and check out time is noon.
