This comfortable 5 bedroom family home is located 8 minutes drive from Adare village and sleeps 10-12 people. This spacious home is situated on 5 acres of unspoiled native Irish woodland and offers guests complete privacy. Electric entrance gates and stone wall boundaries offer security and peace of mind.

This house offers 4 double bedrooms, one en-suite with a family bathroom. A large open plan sitting and dining room open into a generous kitchen, all with sweeping views of the gardens.

The fifth bedroom is a private suite located in a custom built Canadian lodge, a short walk from the main house. Offering an en-suite shower room, a super king bed and luxurious furnishings, this suite contains a flat screen tv, mini-fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

Within the main house, a private games room with pool table, darts and flat screen tv also contains a fully stocked bar for your convenience.

High speed fibre broadband, satellite tv inc movies and sports and surround sound are provided for your entertainment.

The garden is home to a small flock of chickens, an orchard and a vegetable garden. A fire pit with seating, bbq and pergola offer a multitude of outdoor dining and entertainment options. The lower garden is an open flat space, suitable for helicopter landings.

We are 15 minutes from Limerick city, 30 minutes from
Shannon airport and approx 2 hours from Dublin airport.
