Newly built “A” rated super warm dwelling. It is perfectly located in the tranquil countryside just 30 minutes from Adare Manor Golf Resort. The dwelling has a large communal kitchen/dining area electric heating for extra comfort. It is comprised of 1 double bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds with the option of single beds being installed in double bedroom instead If required. An extra bed can be set up in the living area if requested sothe property can accommodate up to 5 people depending upon the desires of the client. The private garden is ideal for relaxation in the evening or indeed, morning breakfast. Indeed this is where golfing form can be studied with nothing but the nearby cows to distract you. If you want a quiet taste of Ireland with the option of sampling the buzz of the local Irish lifestyle, this is the perfect choice for you and your group.

The rental rate of €18,000 will include sole occupancy of the dwelling for up to 12 days Sept 10th to Sept 21st, transfers to and from the airport, champagne on arrival, a prepared buffet on first night and a fully stocked fridge.

Transfers to and from the Park and Ride facility for Adare Manor Golf Resort each day
Prepared Irish breakfast buffet with cereals and fresh fruit basket each morning
