Conveniently located 20 minutes from Whistling Straits and 50 minutes from Mitchell Airport (MKE), 15-20 minutes from restaurants, bars, and shops in Port Washington, Sheboygan, Sheboygan Falls, or Kohler. With 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and extra sleeping space, the 2600-sf rental accommodates up to eight people.
This warm, spacious Ryder Cup Accommodation has a large, open-concept first floor with two bedrooms, both with full ensuite bathrooms. The great room features vaulted wood ceilings, an enormous picture window facing Lake Michigan, a gas fireplace surrounded by an 1890s mantel and vintage cabinetry, a corner bar, and generous, comfortable seating. The adjoining kitchen has a large, central island and a separate eating space that seats up to eight people, with windows on three sides; a powder room is just down the hallway. The second-story master suite includes an ensuite bathroom and two separate studies, one with stunning views of the lake and the other with a twin bed for additional sleeping space.
In the full basement are laundry facilities, an additional sleeping space with a futon, wardrobes and bureau, and additional desk space. Also available is a new, Concept2 rowing machine and other work-out equipment and a second refrigerator-freezer.
Reliable wifi works throughout the house (including the basement), and two TV's are conveniently located in one of the bedrooms and the great room. Garage parking is available for two cars, with outdoor parking space for additional vehicles.
The quoted rental fee is for eight nights (September 20-27), with additional nights negotiable. The refrigerator and bar will be partially stocked. Transportation from the airport is available. This is a no-smoking property.
