This Pro-Am home rental sleeps up to eleven people, featuring 5 bedrooms- 2 with en-suites, ideal for the golf enthusiasts wanting to attend the J.P. McManus Pro-Am in July 2022 as it is located 4.5 miles from the picturesque village of Adare, where there is much to see and do with its thatched cottages, historical buildings,pubs, restaurants and churches. You can enjoy the many fashion boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, cafes and bars there as well.

Accommodation description:

The spacious entrance hallway sets the tone for the elegant house with high ceilings, tiled floors and a bespoke wooden staircase. To the left of the hallway is the living room, with a bay window, oak timber flooring, and a feature fireplace. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and the corner window lets plenty of light through to the breakfast area. The exquisitely fitted kitchen features an integrated Aga. At the rear of the house, is a sunroom with French doors and a feature stone wall furnished with conservatory/garden furniture which can be easily taken through the double patio doors leading to the spacious area for outdoor entertainment. There are also two more reception rooms, a dining room, an office/playroom, and a downstairs bathroom off the hall. There is a second stairway to the first floor from the kitchen. Upstairs the elegant tone continues with a bright and spacious landing. There are four double bedrooms all decorated in bright neutral tones. The master bedroom has an ensuite and a walk in wardrobe. The main bathroom is very spacious and has a Jacuzzi bath, a double sink and high-quality tiling. There is a staircase from the landing to the attic, which is currently being used as a bright and comfortable bedroom.
