This is a wooded area with a path up the red sandstone gorge separated by the banks of the Clare river, which separates Counties Tipperary and Limerick. If you are interested in doing some Walking or hiking, Keeper Hill (694m) is the highest peak in the Shannon Region and offers majestic views of the surrounding countryside.
