The Open St Andrews House Rentals - The house was newly built in 2022. It is an impressive, luxurious large modern family house ideal for large groups, finished to a very high spec.
The house is set in the lovely quiet village of Drumoig which has its own Hotel, restaurant, bar, golf course, footgolf and driving range.
As you approach the house you will be impressed by its modern frontage, double garage with room for two cars and and large driveway for another two. Once inside, you are welcomed into the foyer and then the first of the five bedrooms boasting a kingsize bed and modern en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms are bright and very spacious with kingsize beds offering the choice of being converted into two singles. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite and two of them have a walk-in dressing room. As you walk through the hall you pass the living room with plenty of comfortable seating where you can enjoy the large screen Sky Glass TV with full sky sports package and netflix. Next to the living room is the downstairs toilet and utility room.
The kitchen is modern and finished to the highest standard, with a central island with breakfast bar where you can prepare meals whilst still being part of the party. Head upstairs where you will find four super kingsize bedrooms, a second television room with a sofa bed for flexible sleeping and a Playstation. The large family bathroom has his and her sinks, a free-standing bath and a walk-in shower.
Out the back of the house is a large garden with large decking area with tables and seating, BBQ and fire pit. There is also a summerhouse which has sofas, table tennis, bi-fold doors and a tv with netflix.
It is just 5 minute drive from Dundee where you can visit the ever popular V&A Museum, historic Unicorn & Discovery ships, many art galleries, shopping centre and many pubs and restaurants.
Its a 15 minute drive from St Andrews. There is a bus stop 150 yards from the house that will take you direct to St Andrews. Leuchars train station is 2 miles away with links to all over Scotland.
