The kitchen, with large American fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and Aga with integrated fan oven, has a sea view, and overlooks the large enclosed private garden. Off the kitchen there is a cozy snug, WC and additional double bedroom. The formal drawing room can be converted into a sixth bedroom if required.

The ground floor contains a seperate annex, with games room, seperate full bathroom, kitchen, and double bedroom.

Externally the gated drive can accommodate 6+ vehicles. There is a large terraced seating area with sea views and lawns.

The property is in the heart of Anstruther, a picturesque coastal fishing village just down the coast from St Andrews. Anstruther has restaurants, pubs, cafés, gift shops, a bakery and butchers.
