A 3 bedroom, spacious, traditional townhouse located in Cupar town centre - 9 miles from The Open 2027 at St Andrews, 13 mile from Dundee, 25 miles to Carnoustie and 47 miles from Edinburgh Airport. Cupar train station is only a few minutes’ walk from the property as is the bus stop to Edinburgh and Dundee.
Cupar, once a prominent royal burgh in the Kingdom of Fife, remains the quintessential town nestling in the rolling hills of the Howe of Fife, surrounded by pretty village. This former characterful market town has a plethora of historic buildings and ancient streets and wynds to explore. It also has some great independent shops, pubs and cafes not to mention excellent restaurants on the doorstep, including the Peat Inn (peatinn.co.uk) first to receive a Michelin star in Scotland, only 7 miles away.
Cupar is also home to Cupar Golf Course and Elmwood Golf Course. Golf lovers are spoilt for choice with a number of popular golf courses within close proximity to Cupar including;

For family-friendly outdoor fun, there is the choice of venues nearby including Cairnie Fruit Farm, which has a giant maze of maize. Alternatively, there is Fife Zoo or the Scottish Deer Centre.
The Open 2027 St. Andrews Property Description:
The property sleeps 6 guests, over three levels;
First level there is a kitchen with small dining area. Facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob & oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. On this level there is also a large bright living room / lounge with a further dining area, free Wi-Fi and a large television with sky box and Netflix (sports channels are available on request).
Second level there is a large master bedroom with king size bed and storage facilities. There is also a spacious bathroom on this level with a quadrant shower, separate bath and heated towel rail. The bathroom sanitary ware are comfort height.
Upper level there are a further two bedrooms, the front facing comprises a king size bed and the smaller bedroom to the rear has two single beds. All beds, linen, mattresses, towels are provided. Cleaning service is available if required.
A welcome box of essentials will be available upon arrival (bread, milk, coffee, etc) we also live locally and are happy to assist you throughout the duration of your stay. Transport may also be available, and there is free parking available at the rear of the property.
