It provides a fantastic private entertaining space where guests can enjoy food and drinks together in the evening, regardless of the Scottish weather.
It is the perfect place to return to after a day at St Andrews, light the fire, enjoy a BBQ and discuss the day's golf over a few drinks.

The house has a private rear garden with outdoor table and seating.
There is also a trampoline available for families travelling with children.
The property benefits from a double driveway providing private off-road parking, as well as a garage.

The house is situated in Strathmartine (DD3), on the northern outskirts of Dundee, offering a quieter setting while retaining convenient access to Dundee, St Andrews and the surrounding road network.
The location makes the property particularly suitable for guests who want to enjoy The Open during the day but would prefer to return to a spacious private home rather than stay amongst the crowds in St Andrews.
St Andrews / The Old Course: approximately 20 miles by road, depending on route.
Guests should allow additional travelling time during Championship week due to increased traffic and The Open's event transport arrangements.
Private driver or minibus transfers to and from The Open may potentially be arranged separately if required.
Airports & Transport
The property is conveniently positioned for guests travelling from elsewhere in the UK or internationally.
Dundee Airport is the closest airport and is easily accessible from the property.
Edinburgh Airport is the main international airport for the area and provides a much wider range of domestic and international connections. It is approximately 1–1.5 hours away by car depending on traffic.
Dundee also has a mainline railway station with rail connections to Edinburgh and other major Scottish and UK destinations.
For groups travelling specifically for The Open, private airport transfers and daily transport to the Championship could be arranged separately.
Golf Courses
