Large family detached period property dating back to 1880 with 8 bedrooms (sleeping up to 16 people). Available from 11th to 18th July 2027 for The Scottish Open. Additional dates can be negotiated. Can accommodate 16 guests (2 per room). 1 large superking with ensuite, a further large double room with ensuite, 2 large double bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathroom, 2 further large double bedrooms, 2 smaller bedrooms one with normal size double bed and one with small double bed. All served by 2 additional large bathrooms. Very large private parking for several cars. 1 large lounge and 1 additional snug area. Large garden area with outdoor seating area (partially covered). Leven bus and train station provide regular rail link service to Edinburgh and buses to St Andrews. Car travel from Edinburgh airport to Leven takes under an hour. Both stations just a 10 minute walk. Bus takes approx. 30/40 minutes to St Andrews or by car approx. 25 minutes. Leven is a small seaside town on the River Forth and is well served with shops, restaurants and local pubs. Leven also has 3 local golf courses which allow visitors to play. Kingsbarn and Eden Mill Distillery are just 25/30 away by car as are the famous Anstruther Fish & Chip shops.
