It’s a perfect location just a 5 minute walk to the lovely Ainsdale village with lots of independent restaurants, bars and shops. 5 minute walk to Ainsdale train station and just one stop to Royal Birkdale. Or less than a 10 minute drive!
Ainsdale beach and sand dunes are also in close proximity.
This spacious and stylish home offers a front garden and driveway for 4 cars. Large rear garden with luxury Hot Springs hot tub, Ninja bbq and comfortable outdoor seating for 8 people.
To the first floor there is a large master bedroom with a superking bed an en-suite shower room.
There is also a large double bedroom and a small double bedroom both benefiting from the main bathroom which has both a large bath and over bath shower.
The second floor offers a large loft bedroom with a Kingsize bed and a sofa bed which can comfortably sleep an additional two people this room also benefits from a private shower room and wc.
All bedrooms have TVs. High speed internet, Sky TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime are also available.
On the ground floor we have a spacious hallway with under stairs storage for coats and shoes and an additional WC and basin.
There is a front dining room with gas coal effect fire.
The large rear lounge has a 65 inch TV with Netflix and Amazon prime. The beautiful lounge leads through double doors into a large conservatory which provides further living space and views over the garden. French doors lead to the patio, garden and hottub.
The kitchen is well equipped with bean to cup coffee maker. Air fryer, microwave, double oven and dishwasher.
In a prime location with excellent road and train links to both Southport and Liverpool.
26 miles to Liverpool Airport and 47 miles to Manchester airport.
