Our detached home is 1.2 miles from Royal Birkdale and Hillside golf clubs, 1.1miles from Ainsdale and Southport and 5.2 miles from Formby golf club. We are on a direct bus route and the event parking for The Open is behind the house and the transport leaves from in front of the house. The is ample parking on the drive for approx. 4 or 5 cars.

We have two double downstairs bedrooms , the living room, one private office will remain locked, a beautiful ground-floor bathroom featuring a luxurious freestanding bath.

The kitchen gives you space to sit and enjoy the views next to a rear reception lounge. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a modern fitted en suite.
