Cambridge House is located just outside Crosby Village. The Open Accommodation a short twenty-minute drive to Royal Birkdale Golf Club and just one minute to West Lancashire Golf Club. There are six world class links golf courses within half an hour drive. The property can sleep up to 10 people.
Just a five-minute walk to the train station with travel to Birkdale or Liverpool City Centre within 15 minutes.
The famous Anthony Gormley “Another Place” statues on Crosby beach are a 10-minute walk away.
The property is situated less than a five-minute walk to Crosby Village with a great choice of bars, restaurants and shops.
Cambridge House is a Victorian semi-detached property with off street parking for two cars.
The property consists of four large double bedrooms and a single room, one with ensuite. Two further bathrooms with one on the ground floor.
The ground floor has a large hallway leading to the games room with a wood burning fireplace, pool table, darts, games, music, bar and drinks fridge with a separate ice machine.

The kitchen leads to a large utility room with fridge freezer, microwave and a sink with a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. Underfloor heating throughout the kitchen and utility room.

The kitchen and utility both lead to a large patio with an outdoor sofa and barbecue if required.

The first floor comprises three double bedrooms, each with large double beds and storage. The largest of the rooms has a king size bed and can also be arranged to have another single bed, still with ample space. The landing also has a family bathroom with a bath, shower, WC and sink.
Stairs lead up to the third floor which has a further single bedroom. A small flight of stairs then leads to the master bedroom with a super king size bed, ensuite walk in shower, WC and sink.
The property is dog friendly.
Liverpool Airport is 30 minutes away and Manchester Airport is 45 minutes. Access to the motorway network (M58 & M57) is just 10 minutes by car.
