Easy 20 minute drive to Royal Birkdale Golf Club or a 20 minute direct train journey to Birkdale from Blundellsands station located just 300m down the road.

A medium/large traditional kitchen with dining table for 6, wall mounted TV and large American style fridge freezer. Utility area with WC leading into garage with electric door which can be used freely by guests for safe storage.
Front garden, well manicured with space for 3 cars with ultra secure electric gates. Rear garden neatly kept with large grass area and paved area for outdoor seating, entertaining. Barbecue also available and hot tub can be arranged on request.
House also has many original features including 9 original fireplaces (one working as a coal fire), traditional parquet flooring and original restored doors and staircase. Fully central heated throughout.

All bedrooms will have new, fresh cotton bed linens as well as an extra set of linens, along with plenty of new, luxurious cotton towels for each guest. Lock Box system will be in place for guests to gain access.

Birkdale Golf Club is a distance of 12 miles and 25 minutes by car. Quick access via Blundellsands and Crosby Train Station which is located at the bottom of the road and 3-4 minutes walk, Birkdale Train Station can be reached directly in 20 mins.

West Lancashire Golf Club is 1 mile directly down the road and one train stop or a 3 minute drive.

Liverpool City Centre and the world famous Albert Dock just 12 minutes drive or 18 minutes by rail.

Property is situated on a residential road with outside street parking with shops, bars, pubs and restaurants almost on the doorstep, as well as easy access to the stunning Crosby Beach, offering views of the Welsh Coast and full access to explore Antony Gormleys Another Place art installation, this is just 500m and 6-7 minutes walk directly down the road.
Bars and shops are 100m away by foot and further bars, traditional pubs and shops are just 10-15 minutes walk into town along with a variety of restaurants and bars on route to the village centre of Crosby.
