Downstairs: 2 off-road parking spaces. Entrance hall leads to a spacious lounge with huge TV, a separate dining room seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen has a new oven and induction hob, large fridge freezer and wine fridge. There is a bean to cup Melitta expresso coffee machine. There is also a large 'golf' room leading onto the garden; great for storing golf clubs, coats and dogs - should you bring one.

Upstairs: Plush, large king sized bedroom, double 'Harry Potter' bedroom, comfortable office with monitor and printer you can plug in and use. Bathroom with shower bath.

The home is cosy and bright, fully decorated in 2025. The garden is a great sun trap with table and chairs, perfect for chilling out in the evenings. Dogs will be considered if they stay downstairs and off the furniture.

Terms. £5,000 per week. 20% deposit on booking. 20% security deposit payable the week before the rental along with the balance of the rental. Weekly clean and bedding/towel change included.
