Beautiful 1930’s home in the desirable Worsley suburb of Manchester. The Open home rentals sleeps 6. Comprising of 3 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite walk in shower room, family bathroom and large lounge and dining area with wood burning stove, smart tv and patio doors out to garden area. Family kitchen with American style fridge-freezer, range cooker, dishwasher and microwave and utility/boot room with washing machine. Small garden with outside decking and garden furniture. Off road parking on driveway for 2 cars. Bedding and towels provided. Supermarket food shop can be ordered in advance of your stay on request.
Ideally situated for a fantastic trip to the Open - 20 minutes drive to Manchester airport and 1 hour drive to Royal Birkdale. Walkden train station is 10 minutes walk with direct trains to the nearest station to the open in Southport (1 hour) and Manchester City centre (20 mins).
There’s plenty to do in the local area with beautiful walks and canal paths around Worsley woods and the Bridgwater canal. Two bikes can be made available on request. Worsley Park Golf Club, Worsley Golf Club and Ellesmere Golf Club all within 5 minutes drive.

the Royal Horticultural Society Bridgwater Gardens (5 mins drive),
the home of Manchester United, Old Trafford (20 mins drive),

If you just want to stay local there are plenty of local coffee shops, restaurants and take aways in the picturesque Worsley village and within 10-15 minutes walk including traditional British, Indian, Italian, Asian, Cuban and Caribbean cuisine.
