At your request and to be negotiated £, we can provide daily cooked food including using our outdoor wood fired pizza oven or/and BBQ for you on our Big Green Egg and quality locally sourced ingredients. Our property is a 1 mile walking distance to the Royal Birkdale Golf Course and five minutes walk into affluent Birkdale village restaurants, bars and amenities including train station where the Open is 1 stop.

Ground floor: Reception room 1 with log burner and large tv with Netflix and sports & movie channels, Reception room 2 with open coal fire and record player with a range of vinyls and large tv with Netflix and sports & movie channels, Dining room, Conservatory, Kitchen with double range master, bean to cup coffee machine and Ooni pizza oven.
