A 3/4 bedroomed house situated in a quiet residential street just a 2 min walk from Formby Village with shops, great bars and fantastic restaurants and a short drive to Formby National Trust with a long stretch of beautiful beach and dunes with great views of Liverpool and the Mersey estuary, the Wirral Peninsula and beyond that North Wales.
This coastline also boasts some of the country’s top golf courses West Lanc’s, Southport & Ainsdale, Hillside and of course Royal Birkdale the venue for the Open 2026.
Formby also boasts two golf clubs. Formby Golf Club, which is a championship links with stunning fairways and has the 12th voted most iconic clubhouse in the world.
The second Golf Club being Formby Hall Golf Club, which is another Championship course.
Formby has a fantastic rail link to Southport (15 mins) and Liverpool (25 mins). The accommodation is also just 45 minutes from Manchester airport and 25 mins from Liverpool airport and motorway links are just 15 mins by car.
Formby Station is a 7 min walk from the property and three stops (9 mins) on the train to Hillside for Royal Birkdale Golf Club. Alternatively, a 15 min car drive to Royal Birkdale Golf Club or I can arrange a taxi or give you a list of taxi firms, which will be in your welcome pack.
The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious hallway leading to a bespoke open plan kitchen/diner with top of the range appliances. This open plan kitchen has a dining table, seating 6-8. This leads through big glass sliding doors onto a decked area and access to the garden, with outdoor seating.
This floor also hosts another lounge with a double settee sofa bed. Both have large televisions to catch up on the golf highlights in the evening.
A utility room and WC with walk in shower complete the ground floor.
The first floor provides a generous master bedroom, with a super king bed and wardrobes.
Another bedroom on the first floor has wardrobe space and a double bed and the main bathroom has a walk in shower, bath and WC and there is also a small office space.
Finally, there is a loft room with wardrobe space and a double bed
The front garden has a driveway enough for two cars and ample street parking.
