This lovely detached 6 bedroomed Victorian Villa resides on a tranquil leafy suburban road only 6 minutes by car (2.5 miles) from Royal Birkdale Golf Club. This home is perfect for a family to rent or for the corporate client as the garden is large enough for a marquee for entertaining. The town centre of Southport or the village of Birkdale are only 2 miles away and offer a host of restaurants and bars.
The property is large in room proportions. It is also light and bright and cool in the summer and spread over 3 floors, so we will describe each floor in detail. The ground floor is accessed through a large oak door into a welcoming bright and light hallway from which all rooms are accessed and an impressive staircase leads up to the other floors. Either side of the hallway at the front of the property are a large traditionally decorated comfy lounge with sofas, fireplace and large screen TV, plus piano. On the opposite side is a games room with pool table and dartboard plus a good selection of toys for toddlers (we are grandparents to a 2 yr old).
