The Open Accommodation includes a drive in - drive out driveway with space for up to five vehicles.
Ground floor comprises of a sitting room and a dining room both with bay windows. Kitchen, boot room, WC, large hallway and a bright sunroom looking out over the rear garden.
First floor comprises of a family bathroom with a large separate shower cubicle. One double bedroom plus two king size bedrooms one of which is ensuite. The ensuite has a walk-in large shower.
The fourth bedroom will not be available for use.
The accommodation is a 7 minute walk to Birkdale village where a choice of restaurants and bars can be found. Birkdale railway station is located in the village and this is just one stop away from the golf course.
The Open Accommodation a 5 minute walk to the town centre and Lord Street where more restaurants, bars and banks are located. Penelope's on Rotten Row is similar distance.
Liverpool is a 40 minute train journey away.
