**The Open Accommodation had this newly renovated 3 bedroom semi detached house**
This beautiful accommodation has 2 lounges downstairs toilet large open planned kitchen with stunning countryside views. The drive fits 4 cars and the garden is a relaxing serenity of garden furniture with beautiful countryside views. Up stairs you have 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes tv and draws with double 4.6 beds. You have a single room with a single wardrobe and a small double 4’ bed. The upstairs bathroom has a double walk in shower and a bath with tv in the wall. Sleeps 6 (sharing beds)
Can get a blow up bed if you need to accommodate extra people.
You have a 10 minute walk to the open or a 2 min drive. Southport is a bus journey away 10 mins (bus stop outside the house ) birkdale village is full of bars restaurants and cafes and Ainsdale village is the same. You are 5 mins from both.
The beach is local at Southport marina and Ainsdale beach which on a sunny day you get to watch the sunset.
The open is a great golf tournament and you will have a lovely stay at this beautiful house. You will have new duvet sets and pillows with new towels. I’ll do a small shop for you so you have some amenities on arriving or anything you request.
The dates are flexible that accommodate your stay for up to 14 days.
30 % deposit

Happy to do a video call of the house or any additional pictures. Viewing available with appointment. I’m very happy to accommodate any special requests. We rented our house out to the bbc in the last open.
My next door neighbor is renting her house out too that sleeps 5. 3 bedroom semi detached house, if you have a large group. You could rent both.
