A four bedroomed house sat on the edge of the Formby National Trust Nature Reserve, which is a coastal nature, haven for wildlife famous for its Red Squirrels, Sand lizards, Natterjack Toads and the odd sighting of Deer.
The Open 2026 Accommodation with a long stretch of a beautiful beach and dunes. You can also catch a glimpse of an old ship wreck at low tide.

Formby Golf Club, which has Championship links with stunning fairways. It also houses, voted the 12th most iconic clubhouse in the world.
The second Golf Club being Formby Hall, which is another Championship course.
Formby Village is a thriving village with shops, great bars and fantastic restaurants.
Formby has a fantastic rail link to Southport (15 mins) and Liverpool (25 mins).
The Open 2026 Accommodation is 45 minutes from Manchester airport and 25 mins to Liverpool airport.
The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious hallway, leading to a bespoke kitchen/diner with top of the range appliances. This open plan kitchen has
a dining table, seating 6-8. This leads to a sunroom/garden room with access to a garden, with outdoor seating (undercover), BBQ area and summer house.
This floor also hosts two generous lounges, both having large televisions to catch up on the golf highlights in the evening.
A utility room and a downstairs WC complete the ground floor.
The first floor provides a generous master bedroom, with a super king bed, fitted wardrobes, tv and an ensuite.
Three more bedrooms all with wardrobe space, two having King Size Beds and one having a double.
The main luxury bathroom has a large shower, bath and WC.
The front garden has a driveway enough for six cars.
Formby Stationis a 12 min walk from the property and three stops( 9 mins ) on the train to Hillside for Royal Birkdale Golf Club.
Alternatively a 15 min car drive to Royal Birkdale Golf Club.

Formby Village - 25 min walk - Shops, Bars and restaurants.
Formby Train Station - 12 min walk (3 stops to Hill Side Station, access to the Royal Birkdale Golf Club).

Local store - 12 min walk.
Liverpool City Centre - 25 mins on the train.
Liverpool Airport - 25 mins by car.
Manchester Airport - 45 mins by car.
