The Open 2025 Accommodation

The Open Accommodation situated in the foothills of Binevenagh (an area of outstanding natural beauty), underwent a full renovation in 2025 and is NI Tourism Board Certified.
It is a 35 minute drive to Royal Portrush Golf Club, a 6 minute drive to Bellarena Train Station, a 20 minute drive to Castlerock Golf Club, a 20 minute drive to to City of Derry Airport, a 5 minute drive to Limavady which has a variety of eateries, independent shops, and country parks and is 15 a minute drive from the beautiful Benone beach, Downhill beach and Mussenden Temple.
The Magilligan to Donegal Ferry is a 15 drive away.
The Open Accommodation comprises a spacious, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and dining/living area, a separate reception room (snug), three bedrooms- each with a Smart TV and own shower room and WC, as well as a large back garden and patio area. Free parking is available for up to 5 cars. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying rail are available for use during your stay. An iron and ironing board, and cleaning appliances and products are provided. A fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and first aid kit are at hand should they be required. The patio area and large grass lawn are securely fenced and safe for children or small pets to play. The snug is ideal for cosy chats (and drinks!), playing board games or cards, reading, or God forbid, working from home.
Bedroom 1 is a twin room with an adjacent shower room and WC.
Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed and ensuite facilities with accessible features.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed and an en-suite shower room and WC.

All bedrooms have a smart TV, hairdryer, full-length mirror, clothing rail, and hangers, bed linen, one set of towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
A travel cot, high chair, and baby bath can be provided on request.

Well-behaved pets are welcome.
